Yoga and meditation belong in the workplace.

Bringing yoga into the workplace offers powerful benefits like reducing stress, boosting focus, fostering team connection, and enhancing overall well-being—both on and off the job. I can create customized programs to meet your company's unique needs, with even one session per week making a meaningful difference for your employees.

Below are the programs offered for corporate yoga.

  • This series consists of 8 workshops designed to build community and deepen your practice. We practice in a circle with demonstrations as needed, and each session builds on the last with pose breakdowns, reviews, and Q&A. After every class, I send a detailed email recap, including terms, poses, and answers to questions, to help reinforce what was learned. As participants develop strength, stamina, and confidence, they continue to build on a solid foundation.

    Don’t be fooled by the slower pace—it’s often more challenging to focus on the details, and even experienced yogis return to this workshop to refine their practice. All levels are welcome and will benefit from this series.

    In-studio, this series is taught over 4 weeks, meeting twice a week. I recommend this format for your company, but we can adjust to meet once a week if needed. However, to see real progress, more frequent sessions can have a greater impact on building group momentum and growth.text goes here

  • This is an all level's class, but pairs great after the Beginner's Workshop.

    After completing the Beginners Series, we can move on to Vinyasa Flow, building on what we learned, and mix in Restorative Yoga as needed. Vinyasa is a balanced blend of 50% strength and 50% stretch, and can also be aerobic. Restorative, on the other hand, focuses entirely on relaxation, with long, supported holds using bolsters and blankets.

    While it’s possible to skip the Beginners Series and go straight into all-levels classes, I recommend starting with the foundation for the best experience
